Delivery Options:

Residential White Glove Local Delivery ($199 plus tax):

Our white glove delivery service, conducted by our own team Tuesday through Saturday, is available for all items purchased online or in-store within a 60 mile radius of our retail locations. This service includes:

  • Pre-inspection and assembly of items before shipping

  • Safe and insured transportation by our own delivery team

  • Call ahead scheduling with Two (2) Hour delivery windows

  • In-home setup

  • Removal of all debris and boxes

Please note: White Glove Delivery adds 1 to 2 weeks to the estimated time of arrival (ETA). Please ensure the designated setup area is prepared before delivery. Contact us beforehand if you anticipate any obstacles or unique circumstances.  Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Delivery ETAs:

Estimated delivery times for various products are as follows:

  • In-Stock or Showroom Sample Items: 1 to 4 weeks

  • Stressless Recliners (NJ Stocked): 4 to 6 weeks

  • Custom Special Ordered Sofas or Casegoods: 12 to 14 weeks

  • Custom Special Ordered Stressless Recliners: 12 to 14 weeks

  • Custom Special Ordered Upholstery and Casegoods: 12 to 14 weeks

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Custom items may experience delays due to out-of-stock components outside of our control, extending shipment by 2 weeks or more.

  2. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed but we'll notify you of any delays.

  3. Larger items must be delivered via Residential White Glove Delivery with varying lead times and cost based on your proximity to our showroom.

Damaged Freight or Shipment:

In the rare event of damage, follow these steps:

  • Hendrixson’s reserves the right to repair or replace damaged goods at our discretion.

  • Inspect items upon arrival and take pictures of any damage.

  • Check the product for damage and document your inspection with photos.

  • If damage is evident, have the driver note it upon delivery.

  • Contact us within 24 hours at support@hendrixsonsfurniture.com or by phone @ 215-794-7325 ext. 212.

  • Our Customer Service specialist will assist you with a freight damage claim and repair, or reordering.
